Ordering
I. Preorder items
Full payment for the cost of items is to be made before we proceed with the order.
For preorder items, please indicate an alternate colour/size/item. In the event where the item is unavailable at the point when purchase is made, alternate item/colour/size indicated will be purchased instead. In the event when the order cannot be fulfilled, full refund will be made. We will not be responsible should the brand send the wrong item. Request for the invoice can be made for verification purposes.
We reserve the right to refuse/cancel an order without prior notice for reasons such as:
a) Product ordered is no longer available.
b) Payment is not completed within 24 hours from the issue of the order invoice.
c) We are unable to obtain any proof of payment.
In any of these cases, you will be informed accordingly. Refunds will be completed for unfulfilled orders.
*Please note that these brands may cancel the orders sometimes due to various reasons. This is completely out of control. We will try to reorder the items or get partners to go to the stores to purchase them; however in the event when the item is completely sold out thereafter, we will do a refund for your order. Some items may run out of sizes after ordering and the brands will do a backorder for them. This may cause a delay in the arrival of items. We seek your kind understanding in such situations.
Goods are subject to availability.
Any GST incurred shall be borne by the buyer. Prevailing GST rate is 7%.

II. Instock items
For instock items, please send in the order form only if it's a confirmed order. Once the invoice is sent, full payment is to be made within 24 hours. Kindly inform us if you need any extension for payment. We aim for 0% deadbuyers.
Materials of items (tshirts, shirts, dresses etc.) may differ during each season to suit the style/temperature for each season. This may sometimes lead to a slimmer/bigger cutting of the item.
"Why does my shirt have torn edges at the neckline/sleeves?" Sometimes, certain items have a "rugged look". This is not a defect, but the design of the item. Please zoom the image on the a&f website to look at the details. If the tshirt has a "rugged look (uneven edges/semi torn alphabets on the shirt), this is the design of the item. If the item has a "clean cut" (neat edges), it will be what you receive as well.
Please read/examine the details carefully onsite before you make your order. All sales are final.
Deadbuyers will be blacklisted and we will not accept any future orders from you.

Authenticity
All items are 100% authentic. They are purchased online on the USA site, or purchased in stores by partners in the USA. Should you need the receipt for verification purposes, please state when you make your order.Sizing
Please refer to the size charts provided (for A&F). For other brands, please refer to their respective size chart when ordering. The size chart is merely a guide for your reference (from the A&F or hollister site) and we will not be responsible should the size you've requested for does not fit. There will be strictly no exchanges or refunds for misfitting items. All sales are final and items sold are not exchangeable nor refundable.
Returns/Exchanges
Should you have received a wrong item, please take a photo of it and email it to us within 3 days after receiving the items and send it back to us within the next 2 business days. Normal postage will be refunded in such scenarios.

We do not entertain anyone who asks for our personal information. All contacting is to be done through email (fitchspree@hotmail.com) or facebook (facebook.com/fitchspree). We will not give out mobile numbers for security purposes.
